Residential Landscape Design
Design is a critical component for any landscape project to be successful. Landscape needs to be understood before it can be modified, and those modifications must manage weather and human disturbances while providing a unique and usable space catered to the individuality of each client. Design is the perfect way to solve existing site problems while offering possibilities most homeowners couldn’t imagine.
The Design Process:
After we receive your completed contact form through our website, we will schedule a discovery call to learn a little more about you and answer any questions you may have about us. We will then schedule a site consultation if we are the right fit for each other.
We will meet the client onsite to discuss goals, possibilities, constraints, ideas, and options. Site photos and the design fee will be collected.
After the consultation, a team member will return to complete a site analysis where they will take measurements, elevations, soil sample, and document existing site conditions needed to construct a proper design plan.
Next, the client will receive two preliminary designs. Each design will represent a different conceptual idea and include a ballpark budget.
One round of revisions are included in the design packet fee. More revisions are always welcome, but they come with an additional charge.
A final project proposal will be presented, along with an estimate, materials sheet, and plant list. When finalized, a contract will be signed by the Owner and the Contractor, and a project deposit will be collected.
I loved working with Lauren! She listened to my concerns and hopes for redesigning my backyard perfectly. I love the designs she came up with and can't wait to see them come to life. I 100% recommend her and her team to design your dream back yard.
