Depending on the project, site demolition and excavation is almost always necessary. We require machine access from the street to the new space. We are efficient and tidy in our work, with respect to you and your neighbors. While material piles will be coned off and the jobsite will be kept tidy, please be aware that landscape construction requires space, and the area will look like a gravel pit for a short time.

This process is a marathon, not a sprint, and it includes many different steps along the way. The components buried underground are most important to the landscape (drainage, base compaction, irrigation, soil amendments, etc.), and we want to make sure these processes are completed properly before installing the pretty parts, like pavers and plants.

Once the project is almost complete, we finish the landscape with mulch and decorative rock. We check irrigation systems, plant health, and complete our quality-control checklist. All materials will be cleaned from the jobsite and street, leaving no trace, except for that gorgeous new landscape, of course. 

In a final meeting, Lauren will walk you through your newly constructed landscape to make sure everything not only meets, but hopefully exceeds, all expectations. We will discuss maintenance and best practices moving forward.

During the first month after installation, we will visit the site to check on irrigation and new vegetation, adjusting any watering schedules as necessary. We take time to inspect all facets of your new landscape, ensuring everything is up to par.
